Staying Safe While Exploring the city

Keeping our guests and our tour guides safe is of the utmost importance. Here is what you need to know:

As of July 20th, New York City is in reopening stage 4, which allows low risk outdoor arts and entertainment businesses to open. For more information, please visit NYC.gov.

At this time:

• As of December 21st, 2021, masks are required for all guests except when eating regardless of vaccination status. Per NYC guidelines, guests are mandated inside public spaces. We ask that our guests respect any city or business specific guidance. Guests who cannot or will not wear a mask will be asked to attend a tour at a later date.

• Groups will be limited to a maximum of 8 guests (50% regular capacity).

• Private tours are available by request for groups of 2 or more.

• Sugartooth Tours is San-See certified and also a member of the Safe Travels Program with the World Travel and Tourism Council. These certifications represent adherence to the highest standards of safety for our guests and our guides.

Refundable Ticket options + rescheduling

Now more than ever, we know that flexibility is important to our customers. That is why we are offering:

• Option to purchase a Refundable Ticket, which allows you to cancel for a full refund up until 48 hours prior to your tour.

• Free rescheduling within 48 hours of your reservation.

Please note, we place our orders with our bakeries in the 48 hours prior to each tour, and our tour guides commit their time for each tour booked. For that reason, we are unable to offer refunds to those who cancel within 48 hours. We thank you for your understanding.
